Dear god dont end this service
Today is January 17, 2022. This is a great Application, especially for the BlackBerry Key2. I've used it on my previous BlackBerry Key2 purchased about a year ago, and it worked fine (with Excellent Device Status). However, if you have just purchased a new BlackBerry Key2 phone (after October 2021) - from an authorized dealer - you will receive a POOR Device Status on DTEK no matter what solution you pursue, because the App has not been updated. I have a Brand New BlackBerry BF100-2 (purchased about a week ago) and, even after Factory Reset, DTEK shows that the Device and Operating System are "unsecure." This App needs to be updated and it would be great if BlackBerry would do this so we can all keep using BlackBerry and DTEK. BlackBerry continues to be the best cellular device on the market and I am confident they will do the DTEK update. Thank you!
